2017 QB Projection Rankings 11-15
15. Andy Dalton (Cincinnati Bengals)
I'm still sorry to tell the Bengals fans this but when they lost Mohamed Sanu and Marvin Jones last offseason it hurt bad. AJ Green only playing 10 games last season and Tyler Eifert only playing 8 games last season last season didn't help either. But last year was the year that Cincinnati needed to figure things out with those wide receivers gone and figure out how to regroup and become elite again. Andy Dalton is going to turn 30 in October and needs to show people that he is an elite quarterback. Andy now realizes that Sanu and Jones are gone and realizes that he has to make use with the other weapons he has. AJ Green and Tyler Eifert are going to start the season healthy, Brandon LaFell is getting used to the Bengals playbook now and the Bengals drafted a super fast wide receiver in John Ross. The Bengals can't do any worst this season and they actually have a spot for at least a Wild Card spot in the AFC. With all these positive things that Andy Dalton notices he can make himself good this year and that makes him projected to be ranked 15th going into this season.
14. Cam Newton (Carolina Panthers)
Cam Newton doesn't need elite wide receivers to make him be a good quarterback. Remember in 2015 when his Panthers made the Super Bowl and his receivers were Corey Brown, Jerricho Cotchery and Ted Ginn Jr. Not to say anything bad but their not considered to be the best of the best in the NFL. I also understand that the Panthers lost a lot of key players on defense as well last year. The Panthers have gotten better on defense this offseason by adding Captain Munnerlyn, Julius Peppers and Mike Adams. But the real reason Cam is projected to be ranked 14th going into this season is because he told reporters that his main goal in life now is to win a Super Bowl and that's going to get him motivated for the rest of his life until he gets one and I believe he'll work harder to get a ring since he is entering his prime.
13. Matthew Stafford (Detroit Tigers)
Matthew Stafford has played every game since 2011 and has become better each year. The fact that he was able to get the Lions to the playoffs last year without Calvin Johnson was incredible. The Lions didn't lose any notable key players so that was good as well. Now that Matthew Stafford realizes that he is good without Calvin Johnson that builds his confidence up a lot. Nothing should be able to stop Matthew Stafford to getting back to the playoffs and if he continues to stay healthy this team could perhaps win the NFC North. This is also Stafford's last year before he becomes a free agent. Stafford is projected to be ranked 13th going into this season because if he wants a new contract with the Lions he has to play well so he can make big money and if he plays well which I think he will dothe Lions will probably give him anew contract with a higher salary and become a Lion for LIFE! And I think he wants to be a Lion for LIFE!
12. Andrew Luck (Indianapolis Colts)
Let's not focus on the whole Colts team let's just pay attention to Luck and one of his teammates. Andrew Luck is so good because he has a teammate named TY Hilton who just balls out. TY has had at least 1,000 yards receiving in the last four seasons and has made Andrew Luck look very good. I still believe though even without TY Hilton Andrew Luck would still be good cause of his ability to stay in the pocket and he just finds ways to be clutch by finding open receivers at the right place and right time. I'm just saying that TY Hilton is a key part for Andrew Luck's success and since he is still around he is going to make Andrew Luck good once again. Andrew is projected to be ranked 12th going into this season because TY Hilton has his back and will make sure he won't fail in front of Luck.
11. Jameis Winston ( Tampa Bay Buccaneers)
Jameis Winston was on First Take about a week or so ago and he told them that he expects a lot from his team entering this season and he is right when he told them that. Jameis has been so nice so far in his career by throwing for at least 4,000 yards in each of his first two seasons in the league. He already plays with an elite wide receiver in Mike Evans but with the addition of DeSean Jackson this offseason that makes two elite wide receivers on the Bucs and maybe could be the best WR duo in the league. With Jameis' confidence in his team and another elite wide receiver on the team this makes Jameis easily to be projected to be ranked 11th going into this season.
