Touchdown Anquan Boldin

Anquan Boldin is about to turn 37 years old in October and happens to look very well and in shape. This offseason the Bills signed Anquan Boldin for a 1 year contract worth $2,750,000 million. Anquan has been to two Super Bowls and won with the Ravens in Super Bowl 47.

For the Buffalo Bills this is great. Buffalo has not been to the playoffs since 1999 and they really needed a guy who knows what it's like to be in the playoffs and even win in the playoffs. Anquan Boldin is the guy that Buffalo got that knows what it's like to be in the playoffs and especially win in the playoffs.

Anquan Boldin is not the fast wide receiver that goes down the field that he used to be but he can still make plays when he has too like the game winning touchdown he had last season against the Redskins. Anquan played for the Detroit Lions last season. Buffalo Bills Quarteback Tyrod Taylor has Corey Brown, Andre Holmes, Sammy Watkins and now Anquan Boldin to throw the ball too. I would be real happy if those were the wide receivers on my team. Tyrod also has one of the best running backs in LeSean McCoy who really wants to win. This Bills team is easily capable to score 28 points per game if they all focus on winning.

The addition of Anquan Boldin doesn't really mean the Bills have a chance to win the AFC East but this addition believe it or not can definitely help the Bills get to the Wild Card this season. Even though the Bills did lose their best cornerback this offseason in Stephon GIlmore their defense didn't become worse because they signed more cornerbacks and a lot of them are very young. However one of the veteran cornerbacks the Bills did sign was Shareece Wright who is 30 years old and has been a starter for the Chargers in the Ravens in the past.

Anquan Boldin is going to have a fun time in Buffalo and he is the right guy that can help lead this team to the playoffs.
