Sid The Kid = LeBron

LeBron James and Sidney Crosby are definitely right now the most popular and most talked about athletes in the sport they play. LeBron plays basketball for the Cleveland Cavaliers and Sidney Crosby plays hockey for the Pittsburgh Penguins. The one thing they both have in common is that they were both drafted first in their draft classes. LeBron was drafted first in the 2003 NBA Draft and Sidney was drafted first in the 2005 NHL Draft. Both players played their first professional game when they were only 18 years old.

These two athletes were so famous and so well known at such a young age that it was pretty cool. No teenager who plays basketball or hockey has received as much attention in their life like LeBron James and Sidney Crosby did when they were teenagers. LeBron James made his first appearance in the NBA Finals in 2007 and Sidney Crosby made his first appearance in the Stanley Cup FInals in 2008. The similarity is that they both lost in their first trip to the Finals.

But later on in their careers both LeBron and Sidney were able to win championships and they currently both have three championships each. Everybody always seems to compare LeBron to Michael Jordan and everybody always seems to compare Sidney to Wayne Gretzky.

LeBron is currently 32 years old and Sidney Crosby just turned 30 last week. What they can both do before they both retire is to become the G.O.A.T in the sports they play in. Believe it or not LeBron James and Sidney Crosby are both capable of leading their teams to at least three more championships before they retire. It seems that no matter where LeBron goes he is always able to make his team to be able to go to the FInals and same with Sidney.

We are going to see a lot of Sidney and LeBron to come as they try to beone of the best athletes ever in the sport they play.
