It's Back Baby

So on Tuesday January 9th 2018 a new beautiful object was placed in the Digital Media Center at Chartiers Valley High School. The TV that a lot of people were waiting for in the DMC was finally put up and it has been used a lot this week. The technology teachers such as Mr. Warren, Mr.Poppelreiter and Mr. McAleer helped put the TV up on Tuesday during 8th and 9th period. Students are allowed to watch TV shows and movies on their Netflix accounts. During fourth period their used to be not a lot of students that would go to the DMC then this TV gets put up and there is like thirty or forty students sitting their fourth period watching TV. God knows if they really all have Study Hall that period. Who knows they might have an academic class that period and just skip it to watch some good TV shows in the DMC instead? Mrs. Trainor’s Literature classroom is right next to the DMC and inside her class there is a window that you can see the DMC and the big flat screen TV that is being used. It must be kind of hard for her students to be sitting in that classroom and not look over to see what is on TV. If the student in her class looks over and sees a good episode they like it must be hard to really pay attention what is happening her class. A lot of people are happy that the TV is back since it was really popular and used last year in the Old DMC. The nice thing about the new DMC is that it’s much closer to the cafeteria this year than it was last year so it’s easier to buy your food from the cafeteria and walk to the DMC and watch Netflix on TV then walk while a mile away from the cafeteria to get to the DMC. A lot of the students were scared that there would be no TV at all in the DMC the whole year since a month went by of school already in October and there was not one there yet. But it’s all good now that the TV in the DMC is back.
