What We Learned From Each NFL Game In Week 6

Eagles-Giants: What we learned in this game is that Saquon Barkley basically carries the whole New York Giants football team. After watching this game, I would not be surprised if the Eagles are a team that win 9 or 10 games and win the NFC East. The Eagles are not terrible; but, they were not as great as they were last year. Now, they could still go far in the playoffs; but, they do not seem to have the swag and urge to win, like they did last season.

Buccaneers-Falcons: What we learned in this game is that this is the game that Atlanta needed to win to boost their confidence again. Ryan Fitzpatrick helped the Buccaneers win two games this season; but, now that he is injured and not starting, the Buccaneers are the same team from last season that can compete games and not win games as well. Atlanta's wide receiver, Julio Jones, still has a lot of receptions and receiving yards. But, he still has not scored a touchdown this season. That's just plain odd.

Panthers-Redskins: What we learned in this game is that Cam Newton might simply be one of the most inconsistent quarterbacks that we have ever seen in our life. Like, one game he will play like he is seriously one of the best quarterbacks in the league and then the next week, he plays like he forgets how to throw the ball to open wide receivers and tight ends. I saw the last three passes that Cam attempted against the Redskins and let me tell you, they looked God awful. I give credit to the Redskins though, Alex Smith seems to be the leader in Washington. They might not be the greatest team right now; but, Smith is guiding them in the right direction.

Seahawks-Raiders: What we learned in this game is that we should feel bad for all the people that paid a good amount of money to go to Wembley Stadium and see two very boring teams play football in England. The Seahawks only star player is Russell Wilson and the Raiders do not seem to be doing anything good at all. Hopefully that once the Raiders move to Las Vegas that their team will be better.

Colts-Jets: What we learned in this game is that the Andrew Luck threw 4 touchdowns and 3 interceptions against the Jets. Andrew Luck's team will not win a lot of games of this season. This is basically the year where Andrew Luck thinks to himself about how to play the quarterback position again due to a lot of injuries, which resulted in him missing a lot of games. If Andrew Luck and the Colts cannot win games next year, then I really have big concerns for this team moving forward. Sam Darnold's record as the New York Jets starting quarterback is 3-3. That's pretty good for a rookie. The fact that the Jets running back Isaiah Crowell is scoring touchdowns here and there is a promising sight to watch.

Cardinals-Vikings: What we learned in this game is that even though the Vikings played a very so-so game, they still found a way to win by 10 points because the Arizona Cardinals are not a very good football team. The Minnesota Vikings, for the second straight year in a row, have a chance to make some noise and win their division again. They are still going to have work hard to win the division and I think the Vikings have a shot because of the confidence they have after tying the Green Bay Packers in Green Bay. This was a game that the Vikings had to win and they did.

Steelers-Bengals: What we learned in this game is that Antonio Brown proved to himself that he is still one of the clutchest football players in the NFL. It seems that no matter what happens, the Steelers always find a way to beat Cincinnati in Cincinnati. It is simply incredible. What is also incredible is how well Big Ben Roethlisberger plays against the Bengals and Browns in Cincinnati. Let's be honest, Le'Veon Bell is still probably a good running back without practicing; but, I don't know if Le'Veon Bell could be producing numbers and be scoring touchdowns like James Conner is doing right now. You have to feel bad for Cincinnati; if Cincinnati never had to play Pittsburgh as much, they probably could have won more games and have gone farther in the playoffs. If I was Cincinnati, with the way they have been playing this season, I would hope that I never would have to play Pittsburgh.

Chargers-Browns: What we learned in this game is that Melvin Gordon lll is an underrated running back. You all have to realize that he is a very big piece in the Chargers offense. If Gordon lll is ever out, it's going to be hard to see Los Angeles play as well. The Cleveland Browns need to learn how to win at least 2 games in a row. Once the Browns are able to win more than one game in a row, then they will really be heading in a positive direction.

Bills- Texans: What we learned in this game is that the Texans defeated a very bad team in the Buffalo Bills. I do not know why in the name of Davy Jones's locker that Nathan Peterman is still on the Buffalo Bills roster. Nathan Peterman just basically handed the Texans a win by throwing two interceptions late in the game. The Bills could have won the game; but, Nathan Peterman was just being Nathan Peterman and the whole Bills fan base has to be furious. I know they all wish Tyrod Taylor was still on the team. DeShaun Watson played terrible; but, that's fine because the Texans got the W. I expect DeShaun to play lights out next week against Jacksonville because it has been a while since he has balled out against a defense.

Bears-Dolphins: What we learned in this game is that if the Dolphins lost this game, Kenyan Drake might have never been able to sleep again. Kenyan fumbled the football on the 1 yard line as he was so close to helping the Dolphins beat the Bears in overtime. Once Kenyan fumbled the ball, he knew that if the Dolphins lost the game, he might have lost his job in Miami. Mitch Trubisky played a fantastic second half and a fantastic overtime for the Bears. The bottom line was Frank Gore and the Dolphins just played a little bit better than the Bears and the Bears need to find a way to forget about this lost and focus on next week. The Bears defense could have been better and Jordan Howard did not play well in the first three quarters. Miami is 4-2 right now and that is straight up remarkable.

Rams-Broncos: What we learned in this game is that it does not matter if the Rams play in the snow, in the cold, in the rain, in the Sun, in the fog, in Minnesota, In Los Angeles or in Denver. They will stay find a way to win games and the Rams know that if they do not win the Super Bowl, then they basically failed this season. The Rams are 6-0 and there is no reason for them to not be even better this season. Denver should be happy that they only lost by 3 points to these Rams. It's hard to believe, like 4 years ago, that the Rams were considered one of the worst teams in the NFL. Now, they are considered Super Bowl contenders.

Ravens-Titans: What we learned in this game is that this was Baltimore's statement game. Baltimore lost to Cleveland the week before and the Ravens knew that was embarrassing and in order to not be the laughing stock in Week 6, they had to crush the Titans and the Ravens were able to do that. I would not be surprised if the Titans have a .500 record. This team is so average, it is unbelievable. Baltimore has a 4-2 record and after their win we all learned that the AFC North is going to be tough again as their might be 3 teams from the AFC North that might make the playoffs.

Jaguars-Cowboys: What we learned in this game is that the Jacksonville Jaguars are not elite as they were last year and that their defense is not actually as great as it was last season. Jalen Ramsey keeps talking smack on certain NFL players; meanwhile, Cole Beasley, Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott just made the whole Jaguars defense look absolutely awful. The Cowboys are 3-3 right now and I think this blowout win for the Cowboys might give them confidence in realizing that it is possible for both the offense and defense to both play good in the same game. Let's also be real, it is clear that the Jaguars are suffering that their star running back, Leonard Fournette, is not playing.

Chiefs-Patriots: What we learned in this game is that we might have just saw a preview of the AFC Championship game that we might see later on this season. The Chiefs have a high-exploding offense and their defense is not the best. My friend was telling me just the other day if the Chiefs had their defense from four years ago and their current offense, that they would easily be Super Bowl contenders and Super Bowl favorites. This loss for Kansas City helps them get back down to Earth in realizing that they will have to keep on working to becoming the best team in the league. Once again, TB12 finds a way to lead New England to a game winning drive. This game was fun to watch and I believe it was absolutely worth it to stay up until 11:30 PM ET to watch these two high-knowledged football teams battle it out.

49ers-Packers: What we learned in this game is that if the Packers lost this game, they would have been a laughing stock. We have to give credit to the 49ers though, even without Jimmy G, they are still able to compete in games.
